LifeSight Communications and Engagement – Senior Associate

We are looking for an experienced LifeSight Communications and Engagement Senior Associate for a hands-on role to help deliver a consumer-grade user experience for our population of pension savers across our DC master trust. 

The Role:

Assist in the creation of engaging communications and content plans to support the Communications & Engagement Lead in the delivery of key initiatives.

Support consistent messaging through application of tone of voice and brand across our global proposition.

Oversee BAU and project content creation and delivery across multiple channels, applying creative thinking to deliver engaging content items that simplify complex topics.

Work as part of a pitch team to deliver an impactful demonstration of the member experience.

Proactively identifying areas of improvement and delivering enhancements.

Write, proof and edit a variety of online and offline communications.

The Requirements:

• Experience in co-ordinating and delivering impactful communication campaigns with measurable results (email and digital would be an advantage).
• Able to interpret data and present ideas.
• Proven ability to build productive and collaborative relationships, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment, with competing priorities.
• A proactive nature with a passion for identifying areas for innovation.
• A willingness to take on new challenges and stretch opportunities.
• The versatility to work independently or as part of a wider collaborative group.
