Our Digital Lifescience and Healthcare Senior Managers are responsible for helping our clients imagine, deliver and run the future to create personalised, data-driven experiences to drive greater engagement and outcomes for physicians and patients. They set the vision for digital initiatives, operating in a strategic advisor capacity and are capable of translating business objectives into actionable recommendations and requirements.

They are subject matter experts and lead projects on a wide range of digital disciplines from marketing strategy to the build and deployment of digital marketing campaigns. They work with delivery teams to help guide and create capable digital solutions, operating in a flexible and iterative way with the technical and creative resources that are central to digital innovation and execution.

Connect to your skills and professional experience:

We are looking for candidates with experience of digital transformation in the R&D or Commercial function in the Life Sciences or MedTech sectors, either working on the client side or on the agency or consultancy side.

Preferred experience and qualifications include:

  • Experience working in the Life Sciences (pharma or MedTech), ideally in the commercial or R&D functions.
  • Experience of using or implementing digital technology platforms.
  • Strong digital experience or marketing skills (digital experience design, marketing campaign planning or management, digital performance analytics).
  • Multi-channel and multi-geography experience.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Strong project and programme management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital trends.

Additional desirable experience:

  • Thought Leadership development.
  • Driving digital transformation in complex multi-brand and multi-geography environments.
  • Designing and implementing new operating models and ways of working for digital marketing and customer-facing teams.

Personal independence:

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints.
