Hello, we are Ink Studio.

We are an all-purpose creative agency specialising in travel, culture, and lifestyle. We go to spectacular places to tell unforgettable stories about amazing people. From global campaigns with Booking.com, travel content for the biggest airlines in the world, to programming for reachtv, America’s largest in-airport tv network.

We like to work with people who are full of authentic ideas, always with an eye on what’s new, as well as upcoming trends. We push ourselves and only want to work with likeminded creatives, who believe that hard work and fun can go hand in hand. People who inspire and see things differently.

The Role:

We’re currently looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our family, to help create award-winning content and programming. This may be anything from thumb-stopping social media content, to quirky, character-led short-form tv programmes.

This role is perfect for someone who is keen to learn quickly, grow their skillsets and be part of an ever-growing team. This is an opportunity to gain first-hand experience of building edits, telling stories and creating eye-catching entertainment.

What We’re Looking For:

You must be an imaginative and fastidious editor, who has an instinct for storytelling, and making attention-grabbing and interesting films. We are also looking for someone who wants to be making entertaining, fun, and good-looking content, with a strong knowledge of social media edits, what works on social, and how to bring your edits to life.

As part of a small team, we would love for you to be confident in offering ideas, unafraid to challenge your teammates to go the extra mile - be enthusiastic, considerate, resourceful, and resilient always.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

  • Minimum 3 years editing experience.
  • Be excited about editing; working across lots of different, exciting projects both corporate and creative.
  • Be an excellent storyteller within your edit work.
  • Be keen to learn, improve and push yourself to develop.
  • Be extremely well organised and a proactive planner.
  • Have an eye for detail.
  • Be comfortable articulating your ideas and interpreting feedback.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Always be on the lookout for new trends, looks, techniques to implement into yours and the team’s collective work.
  • Be able to work well within a team.
