Based at our Elmsall complex, the Junior Video Designer is brand new to the business and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to play a key role in the engagement of our employees.

About the role:
Next Distribution are looking for a talented and enthusiastic video designer to join the dynamic Communications and Design team to support with creating eye-catching photography and short films for social media content and internal use.

By working alongside graphic designers and stakeholders to develop format, storylines and scripts you will create high quality and engaging content. You will support the team with arranging film and photo shoots on location at Next Distribution sites as well as managing the video/photo libraries.

You will be responsible for editing innovative short videos and photographs which uphold the company standards and brand identity.

You will work closely with various other teams and managers inside Next Distribution to identify where visuals campaigns can be used to promote engagement and help achieve business goals.


About you:

  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro editing software.
  • Experience with use of filming equipment.
  • Experience in producing films (proof of portfolio required) or college qualifications or higher in media/videography/Film & TV.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Driving licence/ own vehicle.


  • Photography skills.
  • Use of Sony mirrorless cameras.
  • Working knowledge of other Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator software.
