Purpose of Role e.g. The role in a nutshell.

The aim of the Creative Department is to engage and excite the customer with imaginative, well-executed promotional materials across their store and online experience. We aim to keep improving and elevating the brand through everything we produce. As a Junior Integrated Designer you will be one of 6 graphic designers who form an integral part of the creative team.

You will support the team on a range of projects including:
Key Accountabilities e.g. what will you be responsible for day to day?

• Email design • Building website assets • Helping with website UI and UX improvements • Designing web advertising banners • Creating engaging social assets • Designing and artworking in-store promotional collateral and point of sale • Supporting in the concept and production of assets for seasonal campaigns .

Key Competencies e.g. what knowledge, skills and experience will you have?
• At least 1 year working at an agency or in-house • A working understanding of Adobe CC software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After-effects) • Knowledge of typography and page layout rules • Video editing and animation • Knowledge of social media platforms and how they function • A creative eye and attention to detail • Good time-management and organisation skills - able to prioritise workload • Ability to work under pressure • Enjoy working in a team with good communication skills • Fast learner with a can-do attitude and the ability to take on feedback.
