SLL is a charity which manages a range of facilities including fitness, sport, golf, outdoor activity centres and theatres. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our head office team and work on a range of digital and print projects. This is a great opportunity for a new designer keen to kick start their career as part of a friendly in-house design team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing collateral for all aspects of SLL’s centres including fitness, sports, theatre, cafés, hub and library
  • Producing a range of print and digital marketing material from email campaigns to printed brochures
  • Designing for advertising campaigns and promotions
  • Create an exciting brand for SLL’s children’s sport programme
  • Designing and strengthening marketing material for SLL’s adult and child swimming lesson programme
  • Develop SLL’s different brands and ad-hoc projects
  • Artworking as and when needed
  • Supporting the marketing team with files for social content

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design
  • A portfolio that shows a strong ability to design for print and digital
  • Experience working/interning in a design agency or in-house design department
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to work in many different styles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

SLL’s Head Office is located directly opposite Stevenage Train Station and is a 20 minute train ride from London.
