We are looking to appoint a Junior E-Commerce Trading Manager drive and execute the overall e-commerce business for the Accessorize brand. The role will have responsibility for the commercial performance the e-commerce channels, aligned with Accessorize’s business goals and marketing strategies.
What you will do as our Junior E-Commerce Trading Manager?
• Manage week on week trade for the Accessorize brand.
• Actively trade the online channel, ensuring product availability, content and marketing are optimised to achieve increased online sales.
• Using data analysis to identify and prioritise major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies.
• Ensure product is on the site, in the right place in a timely manner.
• Price management - support set up and management of online promotions, price adjustments and sale execution, good / better/best etc.
• Product plan new season and trading events.
• Managing site navigation by defining and setting site merchandising strategy, in conjunction with the Senior Trading Manager.
• Merchandising of product categories.
• Content Plan to support trading (homepages, social and email product selection).
• Product - reporting and planning Brand and category performance.
• Brand and product Performance and Analysis.
• Seasonal Planning/Product Planning/Onsite Navigation.
• Liase with the Front end Development Team to ensure website is updated according to the plans.
• Liase with design, creative, photo studio and marketing team to ensure delivery to the site.
• Liase with the Supply Chain teams on key activities, peak periods, ecommerce packaging, returns processing, cancellations and delivery proposition.
• Work with the digital marketing team around traffic to site to ensure that KPI’s are delivered, and ensure all SEO activity is supported.
• Drive site optimisation in areas such as search, funnel effectiveness etc.
• Develop and manage relationship with buying teams and merchandisers to expand range available and maximise availability.
• Build effective relationships with other functions to operate effectively; such as counterparts in Monsoon, supply chain, finance etc.
• Ensure team work in an agile manner and implement culture of continuous improvements
• Work with the Merchandising teams to ensure robust plans to drive category/trade business plan across the channels are in place.
• Work with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategy, and drive promotional execution as well as working closely with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager.
• Liase with the international team to understand the partner trading stance in relation to web international trade.
What you will need to succeed as our Junior E-Commerce Trading Manager:
• 3 years Experience in a similar role.
• GA knowledge.
• Web Platform Experience.
• Strong third party management (delivery and implementation).
• Analytical and data driven.
• Track record of successful Platform management and Project Delivery.
• Pace, energy and Passion.
• Great communicator and decision maker.
• A resilience with a natural curiosity.
• Customer focused.
• A problem navigator , solutions driven and determined to ‘ get things done “.
• Someone who is able to articulate a vision and take the team on the journey as well as inspiring internal support as required to meet shared goals.
