We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Designer / Marketer who’s eager to join our fast-paced, Studio division. The creative engine behind Total Management Group, Studio is an integrated creative agency specialising in branding, print, digital, production, content and editorial. Working closely with a small team, you’ll be able to work across all areas of the business and a range of different projects.

As Junior Designer/Marketer your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the head of art & design to create high quality deliverables across all divisions in the business, including but not limited to proposals, email marketing, client-facing materials, website and social media assets

  • Assisting with the editorial design of our bi-annual publication The Journal

  • Contributing to branding and visual identities for in-house and external client projects

  • Managing the logistics of a project start to finish, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating costs

  • Proactively keeping up to date with design trends and innovations, communicating ways to implement these into the business and future projects

  • Shared responsibility of social media channels

  • Assisting the marketing & content manager with sourcing ideas for editorial content and social media

Key skills and experience required of the role:

  • This role is suited to a new graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Portfolio demonstrating previous design work

  • Excellent organisation skills, the ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines and be adaptable and flexible to changes and priorities

  • Ability to work independently and part of a small team to take on briefs and meet quick deadlines

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with external clients and suppliers

  • Proactive, willingness to learn and get stuck in to a wide range of projects

Additional skills that are preferable but not essential:

  • Relevant degree in graphic design/marketing or equivalent

  • Confident in copywriting

  • Knowledge of Dreamweaver

  • Wide interest in travel, entertainment and event industries
