Overview of the role

As an Integrated Project Manager you will be the operational day-to-day lead on any client accounts and proactive briefs allocated to you.

You will have clear oversight on projects, collaborating with TV production to manage scope, time and budgets, and acting as 'keeper' of the master estimates and timing plans. As a member of the Project Management team you will be working on large complex accounts with multiple channel deliverables. You will be responsible for driving multi-disciplinary teams of people, assembled on a project-by-project basis to successfully deliver integrated projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Ownership of the creative development phases of a project, to include leadership of kick-off meetings, and organising creative reviews, team reviews and any integrated production meetings where necessary. Will attend all meetings, set agenda and recap at end of each team review so that everyone is clear on their roles going forward.
* Proactive research and sharing of production solutions during the creative development stages to maintain the highest possible creative standards throughout.
* Partner with production specialists as required, for example developing and maintaining relationships with photographer's agents, illustration agencies, and retouchers.
* Management of estimates, purchase orders and invoice approvals for third party costs.
* Oversight and proactive tracking of head hours on projects to make sure that jobs come in on budget.
* Briefing design and content on production deliverables and creative development stimuli to aid in the selling in of concepts.
* Art buying remit where workload and experience allows otherwise plug in art-buying resource will be organised.
* Digital production remit where workload allows and experience in delivering desktop digital comms and digital OOH is relevant.
* Read and fulfill media schedules for press, print and desktop digital and where necessary employ 3rd party specialist fulfillment of media schedules, either by hiring freelance art-worker or outsourcing to external art-working/repro providers.
