A key role in one of Pearlfisher’s core foundations, Realisation is a differentiator in our industry, and an essential bridge between design, manufacturing and engineering. Unlike traditional production or implementation, Realisation is a holistic approach to making design real. We are now looking for someone to lead this team in our London office.

You will be the leader of our Realisation offer, providing day-to-day management of the Realisation team, overseeing and being responsible for upholding the highest quality standards on the Realisation team’s work. You will be client-facing, and will constantly seek to develop and improve our ability to deliver design excellence effectively, including reviewing our processes, the systems we use and the skills we can offer.

You will need to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of materials and processes relating to the world of brands and packaging-- this includes previous experience as an artworker, creating artwork, sourcing and a knowledge of packaging manufacturing; the personal qualities, experience and skills to lead, guide and nurture a key Pearlfisher team; financial and commercial awareness; a common sense approach and the vision to see the ‘bigger picture’.

We need you to have natural communication and people management skills; a collaborative, supportive and constructive working style; an affinity for a creative entrepreneurial working culture and the skills to initiate and implement change within this kind of culture.

We expect that you will have at least eight years’ experience in Artworking or Realisation (Production) within a design agency, working with high-profile and demanding global clients across digital, packaging and print-related projects; experience in leadership; expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, of managing proofing systems and of Colour Management and tools.

To apply, please send your covering letter, CV and salary expectations. No agencies please, and we regret that only successful applicants will be contacted.
