Your role is to grow Reedsy's community of creative publishing professionals (editors, designers, marketers, publicists, ghostwriters, translators, etc.), build relationships and optimize conversion.

You will:

  • Contribute to designing and implementing scalable lead acquisition ideas;
  • Reach out to top creative professionals and present Reedsy to them;
  • Optimize the balance between supply and demand by crunching data and following KPIs;
  • Build customer funnels (design emails and in-app messages) to reactivate and educate users; and
  • Report on supply growth by creating dashboard..
  • Organize webinars and create content to engage with our community.

Person Specification:
This role is for a technical marketer who wants to execute on their own ideas. Here's what we look for:

  • 3+ years experience in growth, outreach and user acquisition;
  • Analytical mind;
  • Great understanding of onboarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques;
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other analytics tools;
  • Entrepreneurial-minded;
  • Strong writing skills and native-level English speaker.

  • Proven experience in scaling acquisition for a startup or a fast-growing company;
  • A good dose of ambition, as well as a great sense of humor;
  • Fluent in French, Spanish or German.
