Nakama have partnered with a unique customer experience agency based in Sydney who are looking for a Head of UX to further develop their UX capability across their entire client base.

They have long standing client relationships across a wide range of markets and in this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading the customer experience strategy and creation of new concepts, products and services. The role requires someone whose not only managed teams and complex projects with major clients but also approaches user experience design from a broader service design method. They want a thought leader, someone who can see the bigger picture and help enterprise clients create innovative experiences that balance the business with the consumer needs.

 

With the business expanding and customer experience being driven from ‘C’ level this is a great time to join a forward thinking, progressive business and help shape the future of experience design.

 

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to have the following experience;

  • 10+ years’ experience in the design market & currently either working as a ‘Head of/Director’ or Lead role looking to move up
  • Ideally experience working for agencies, consultancies & enterprise business
  • Highly experienced leading UX strategy and concept creation
  • Advanced in balancing business needs with customer requirements
  • Ability to utilise data to support insights
  • Experienced in building, leading and inspiring a UX design team
  • The ability to be a thought leader and inspire others
