We have an exciting new role on with a successful retail looking for a nicely ambitious and talented Designer to join their Studio based in Surrey. This is an opportunity to make great things happen whilst having a lot of fun along the way.
The brand has enjoyed consistent growth in recent years and has plenty of creative output and customer communications materials to deliver. Reporting in to the Brand Manager, this person will have the opportunity to work across a number of sub-brands and play a significant role in delivering the brand vision through strong design solutions.
The output of work is diverse and includes brochures, advertising, instore communications and signage, point of sale and digital assets. Although we need someone who is confident conceptualising creative ideas we also need this person to be really hands on with the delivery of the work, so our ideal candidate needs to have outstanding artworking skills and be a great communicator as they’ll be liaising with internal stakeholders and colleagues as well as suppliers.
Our ideal candidate:
First rate design qualifications with and excellent working knowledge of CS.
Previous creative design experience for retail or lifestyle brands.
A detail-orientated individual who is deadline driven and able to multi-task.
Someone who strikes the right balance between creativity and commercial impact.
Someone who will thrive in a small and collaborative team with big ambitions.
