Under the direction of the Head of Creative & the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creation of all online creative artwork. You will manage the graphic design team, as well as being responsible for the delivery of high quality and innovative artwork. We’re looking for a team player, who thrives under pressure.

Role & Responsibilities:

The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and goals. This involves closely liaising with the rest of marketing, creative and studio team to ensure content is of high quality, current and in keeping with our brand identity along with key KPIs for driving traffic to the website and increase sales. 

  • Managing the graphic design team
  • Conceptualise new marketing material
  • Supports the editorial, analytical, and managerial team with creative content
  • Conceptualise and produce website/e-mail templates
  • Manage print related tasks
  • Managing the team to design/produce print related marketing material
  • Produce company related stationary
  • Develop website layout
  • Manage the file management of the department
  • Creative approval of e-mail design, inspiration content and social media
  • Support holiday sign of requests
  • Review workflow/projects and make efficiencies to increase productivity
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout your work
  • Maintain the look and feel of the website thereafter
  • Manage the team to design/produce Social Media Content
  • Offers new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to the wider business including management
  • Ensure all artwork is created effectively
  • Mentor Junior members of the team with training and development
  • Attend meetings where applicable
