Job Description:
You will be part of the Product Function at Sage; the team that develops products for our customers, who are the focus of everything we do. We’re looking for Graduates who can deliver real value to our customers, by solving problems and providing solutions through innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
Our UX function includes various teams who focus on the design of websites like Sage cloud software like Sage Business Cloud Accounting, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and desktop Windows products.

You’ll have an exciting opportunity to develop skills and experience in fields like interaction design, visual design, user research, and analysis.

The specific roles for our UX Graduates will be decided following the assessment process, dependent on your skills/experience and on business requirements.

A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset is essential as you will facilitate and present user tests and results, and participate in global projects. Programming/coding ability would be highly advantageous, but not essential.

You'll be able to demonstrate resilience and determination whilst remaining flexible and responsive to the changing demands of a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy working as part of a well-integrated team and must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills. You will be mentored and supported by experienced UX Designers throughout the Graduate programme.

Our Product Graduate Programme is mainly located in Newcastle.

Entry Requirements:

A relevant technical degree. Examples include (but not limited to) Interaction Design, Interactive Media Design, Web Design & Development, Design for Industry, Design Management, Computer Science with HCI modules, Game Design, Graphic Design etc.

2. Complete video interview
3. Attend Assessment Centre (Held January - April 2020)

If successful, you would join our Graduate Programme in October 2020.
