Global Brand Development Senior Manager - Skin Cleansing RBN
Background & Purpose of the Job
The Recharged by Nature Brands include the Skin Cleansing Category leader brands of Europe such as Radox Europe, Duschdas Germany with a footprint in South Africa and Australia-New Zeland, the 3rd biggest brand in the European Skin cleansing business. The platform was named after the common positioning of these brands, being mass market leaders and playing in the nature-inspired space.
Radox and Duschdas are more than 100 years old, were the pioneers of various segments in the category: Radox started as a Bath brand and extended into shower leading the development of the now biggest segment of the market, while Duschdas was also launched in this period – the first soap on a rope – its name is equal to the shower category in Germany.
The leader of this platform is in charge of the positioning and purpose of the brands, leads the global innovation and digital communication agenda, and closely works with the key markets for the go-to-market execution.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
You’re the go-to for all things regarding the Recharged by Nature brand(s) in Europe. You have a passion for working as a start-up, as the RBN brands having few markets have the ability and not afraid to break convention and be groundbreaking within our business. Having a real passion for digital, ecommerce and organizational change is essential, as the mass brands and support models require more mass customization in our communication approach. You will be part of the global skin cleansing team but deeply embedded within the Skin Cleansing Europe marketing community. You will be the leader of the RBN team – one brand manager and three associate brand managers based in 100VE London.
- Shape the strategy of RBN brands
- Create the innovation roadmap that starts with the purpose of the brands and has the consumers at the heart
- Develop a data driven communication and embed the innovations into it
- Be responsible for Europe brand(s) P&L and running the business for the segment
- Develop and deploy real time content for the brand(s)

What You’ll Need to Succeed
The Sr Global Brand Manager should have experience leading a P&L, crafting products mixes and communications, strategy development and digital. Idea experience performance in eCommerce/digital marketing, in retail, digital businesses. Confident in generating business questions and interpreting data in to actions. Critically be the voice of the shopper and consumer. Drive innovation through identifying breakthrough opportunities, building a business case, have strong technical acumen and drive a test and learn culture. Can transfer strategy in to execution with excellence.
