They harness their skills in strategy, idea generation, production and delivery in an end-to-end content solution. They engage and stimulate outcomes through Video content, Photography, Point of Sale, Packaging, online channels or social media as well as press, broadcast or digital advertising, but Video Content and Still imagery is the main focus for this role.
They have won some considerable business and are in need of a Group Account Director to help lead and develop a large retail FMCG account, spot new opportunities and manage key relationships and help manage and grow a team around them.

The Group Account Director will be joining an experienced and expanding business in a senior position, taking on a client facing role, managing a high profile retail FMCG account providing expert account direction and strategy.

We are looking for a self-motivated and self-managed individual as this is a new role taking on a high valued account and helping build a winning client services team.
The company is looking for a highly experienced, personable Group Account Director with retail FMCG experience, preferably from a design / creative content agency managing photography and Image space content.

The key day-to-day tasks of the Senior Account Director include:

* Experience of working on large photography content campaigns across retail and FMCG.
* Account direction and strategy input
* Client liaison and account management
* Solution provision for clients and problem solving
* Manage a small team of AD's, SAM's and AM's

Key attributes of the Group Account Director include:

* Experience as a Senior Account Director, Group Account Director or Client Partner or Business Director managing large retail FMCG accounts.
* Extremely competent in a client facing position, friendly, personable and calm under pressure
* Ambition, innovation and imagination are vital qualities of the Group Account Director
* Track record of success with high-level accounts, as well as management of KPI's, financials and service level agreements.
