This is a lovely chance to work for a boutique agency, who specialise in creative advertising, with focus to television adverts.

Concepts are wild and fun, always with an edge of risque to them. As an account manager at this agency, you will need a personality to go with this style.

This account management role is to get going from the start of 2019, and to span initialy for 6 weeks, the key skill you will need to get anywhere near this job is experience in working on TV adverts.

In it's entirity, this is an itegrated role, you'll be part of taking campaigns all the way through the line, but where this agency make their mark is producing high quality, creative, disruptive and fun TVC campaigns for their clients.

Culture-wise, these guys are social, friendly and passionate. It's fast paced and loud, and days goes fast, you'll be encouraged to get involved from the start and be part of the activity, they aren't interested in hiring wallflowers. 

You'll be working across two major accounts for the agency, one retail client and one consumer tech, supporting an account director and in turn, benefitting from the support of an Account Exec.

The relationships with the clients are established and warm, but there is always potential for growth, a demonstrated eye for identifying opportunity will be preferable. 

As part of your role, they would love to see you take an active interest in the AE's proffesional development, something which would go a long way towards securing an extention to the contract. 

There isn't a culture of working around the clock, but there is a culture of wanting to get the job done, and done well. So you'll need to be prepared to get stuck into a couple of late evenings across the 6 weeks, and be prepared to approach these times with a proactive and positive attitude. 

Key channels to consider are TVC (experience imperative), social and OOH (print).

Personality is huge for this agency, in total there's about 30 of them, and as most clients are retained, the group have been together a long time. Everyone is welcoming and inclusive, but also extremely hard working, so the expectation will be there to follow suit, in regards to the hard work.
