Executive Producer

We're looking for an Executive Producer to join Sky Creative and lead a team of Senior Producers, Producers and Assistant Producers. Our EPs collaborate with the Heads of Production and Heads of Business to give an initial production perspective on all new briefs and allocate the correct production resource. This role is to lead and guide the team, rather than being hands on, out on shoots.

What you'll do:

• Oversee briefs, scoping work and requirements; using your experience to be on hand, guide and advise the team at all times!
• Provide a clear production perspective including trouble shooting, production solutions and advice.
• Allocate production resource, casting the correct skillset for each project.
• Check and advise on all budgets running through the team.
• Develop and build the team with Regular 1:1’s and performance development sessions, tracking their progress against agreed objectives.
• Building good relationships with internal and external teams to ensure productions are running smoothly and suggest ways of adapting the process to provide greater efficiency across Europe.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior/Executive Producer within Advertising; across TV, AV, Digital, OOH, Print, Radio, Social, either in agency or a production company (or both)!
• An understanding of all stages and scales of production from small, in camera shoots to multi-location, large cast (including celebrity work) and heavy post / CGI.
• Brilliant leadership skills: able to line manage and mentor, provide performance development.
• Established relationships with external suppliers (particularly with production companies and post houses, external Directors and Photographers).
• Confidence in being client facing and in senior management team situations.
