Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. Within this organization, the Production team is responsible for all film, digital, print, photo, and event production across Expedia brands. Today the majority of our work sits with agency partners, however, going forward it will be a mix of external and internal resources.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Producer. An enthusiastic person who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. In this role, you will play an integral role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality, on time, within budget, and being a champion for our creative vision.

You are a hardworking individual, with a flexible approach, delivering solutions and leaning into process when faced with ambiguity. The role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end creative production process, partnering with the creative from development through delivery.

This position requires an extremely organized and detail-oriented thinker. Someone who is ambitious, who thinks one step ahead, but who is also able to adjust to frequent changes in a fast-paced and developing environment. Flexibility and problem-solving skills are critical.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage all aspects of Production: Creative Development, Prep, Scheduling, Partner Curation, Bidding, Shoots, Post-Production, VFX, Animation, Music, Finishing, Trafficking.
  • Establish and maintain production processes and workflows across various projects.
  • Curate potential production partners and provide production/creative recommendations across each brief.
  • Attention to creative detail, thrive in an environment of reviewing treatments, bidding process, timelines, budgets, tear downs, reconciliations.
  • Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
  • Oversee projects to identify production efficiencies while delivering best-in-class creative expediently.
  • Think both Global and Regional, with a deep understanding of international production considerations and localization process.
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and to offer solutions to production challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leads to foster relationships and ensure we’re delivering against each brief.
  • Fluency in conversation with Business Affairs, Legal, Procurement, Music teams.
  • Be a strong culture role model, leading by example, and further delivering against Expedia’s principles.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience across agency or in-house experience.
  • Demonstrated experience producing Global launch campaigns, TV commercials, Video Content, Long-Form, Animation, Digital, Social content from development through delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of production considerations: Union vs Non-Union, Production Accounting, Sustainability, Business Affairs best practices.
  • Lead communications to independently manage budgets and agency relationships.
  • Passion to obsess the details, consistently optimizing the creative production approach.
  • You approach briefs creatively while delivering a best in-class production approach.
  • Ability to see around the corner, work upstream to anticipate and plan for challenges.
  • You approach ambiguity with flexibility, always providing solutions when faced with production concerns.
  • You are highly organized. You are proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • You can think strategically and solve problems independently.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • You have excellent creative taste.
