You will work from our new London, UK office, managing our new production stage and building a cadence for production requests with vendors. You will need to manage troubleshooting of various production systems, video and audio equipment, manage video shoots and live performances. You will be part of a team that is located in New York City, Stockholm, and Los Angeles, so strong communication and time management skills are a must. 

What You'll Do:

  • Work as part of a distributed team, and keep daily contact to make sure strategy and alignment remain on a global scale 
  • Hands-on produce internal livestreams: event planning and coordination with partners, equipment preparation and maintenance, vision mixing for live events (local and global) with a multi-camera setup. Both onsite in our offices and from remote, working from home
  • Be a Technical Director for event production when you need a team with you for bigger productions: plan, prepare and implement high end broadcasts. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Direct a small team of vendors to implement the production
  • Managing and creating new relationships with vendors/contractors for working with you on our stage during productions
  • Work with both mobile setups and full stage productions built on NDI, Dante, Crestron and Newtek equipment
  • Manage, upload and trim recorded footage to our internal video portal
  • Support executive level meetings; you will be asked to set up and handle high quality and relevant audio and video equipment and ensure support for the duration of the meetings
  • Create digital assets for live and video productions
  • Make sure stage equipment, video conferencing systems, and other AV related equipment in our production booth and AV racks are up to date and working properly
  • Train employees on using our self-service options on our stages
  • Live mix audio and lights for live performances, maintain backline equipment, interpet riders and set/meet expectations
  • Create written comprehensive documentation and signal flows for internal troubleshooting or handoffs
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and solve problems with the team
  • Proactively handle issues when they occur and follow up to assure completionRecommend improved workflows to better processes and efficiencies

Who You Are:

  • 5 years+ experience in a video/corporate or entertainment broadcast and production-tech related field
  • You have great stage maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge. You’re very knowledgeable with technical setups for broadcasts, both analogue and digital, and troubleshooting live
  • You are comfortable handling multiple inputs and mediums
  • You have great knowledge of streaming protocols, codecs and different streaming services in order to troubleshoot and gain deeper understanding of issues that may arise
  • You’ve worked with NDI, Dante and CrestronDM tech before
  • You have good knowledge in how to live audio mix mic feeds and live bands, both for PA and aux channels for streaming
  • You can manage security and password management, digital archiving, and using/building production request forms
  • You have great planning skills. Being able to plan out your week and meet deadlines and expectations for productions
  • You have a calm and professional manner during executive level partner events, juggling multiple subject areas and being able to adjust priority during times of change
  • You have working knowledge of Adobe Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve for video editing
  • You are self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
  • You have a growth mindset and believe in always developing the productions to be better, smarter and leaner
  • You are a strong communicator in English, both written and verbal, comfortable with messaging Tech, Executive Level, and company-wide comms
  • You have experience with media servers and storage
  • You have experience with corporate video conferencing solutions, hosting and troubleshooting for minor and major meetings
  • You love providing superb customer service to our user base
  • You strive to be creative in your workplace

  • You are an analytical troubleshooter. You may not have the answer, but you want to and know how to find it
