About You:

You have a passion for email marketing, with experience in this function in a retail environment. You will have an excellent understanding of email marketing and best in class retention practices. You must have experience using Silverpop and ideally dynamic email personalisation. You will have a natural confidence and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across our business.

  • You will manage, develop and co-ordinate all email campaigns from planning through to concept, production, testing and delivery.

  • Improve relevancy of all emails through appropriate customer segmentation and targeting.

  • Maintain and evolve the email campaign plan, collaborating with the wider Harrods team.

  • Actively use reporting, analysis and insight to develop and optimise campaigns.

  • Continually revise and optimise campaign management processes to increase effectiveness.

  • Manage one Email marketing assistant.

  • Work with the CRM team to understand the buying behaviour of .com shoppers and understand what tactics can be put in place to retain customers.

  • Monitor and work towards improving the visitor return rate and customer recency, frequency and AOV.

  • Drive innovation around triggered email campaigns.

  • Report on and drive improvements to email KPI’s such as open rate, click through rates and revenue.
