Role info:
Product / Service: Email Marketing & CRM Specialists for major brands.
Specialism: Creative Mobile / In APP Marketing, Mobile UX, CRM Engagement & Digital Content Specialists.
Clients: PizzaExpress, Global Radio, Airbnb, Treatwell, YouTube and Nespresso.

Your skills could include: Graphic design, Photoshop, HTML5/CSS knowledge, Cross-browser/email client knowledge, Understanding of table-based HTML layouts, Mobile responsive design, Animation skills and Experience of Sketch/Illustrator/Figma are a bonus

The CRM Designer role:

We are looking to support our key accounts with a highly motivated and talented email and CRM designer, who can take a brief and bring it to life in the inbox. Agency culture and work life balance is important to us. What your typical day might look like:

  • Working with the client services team to understand client briefs.
  • Coming up with concepts for email campaigns, CRM programs and templates.
  • Driving concepts through the design and development process, giving constructive feedback and rational to clients.
  • Supporting the implementation of new automated email initiatives.
  • Working to a high standard and meeting set deadlines.
  • Managing priorities, workflow and being highly organised overall.
  • Being passionate about email and spreading this to the team and clients alike.
  • Bringing fresh new ideas to the team.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience working as a junior/mid designer at an agency or brand.
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and developing email campaigns.
  • Excellent design and problem solving skills.
  • Stand out online portfolio demonstrating current email best practices.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and the ability to pick up new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of modular and responsive HTML and CSS for email marketing.
  • An understanding of cross-client/platform issues, code solutions, best practices and email guidelines/standards.
  • Be highly organised and efficient with time management.
  • Sense of humour and a good team ethos.
