Role and Responsibilities:

Supports the E-commerce team to maximize online sales and drive the success of Sisley Paris Online through the creation of Digital Assets to enhance the Customer Experience and improve Retention and Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design newsletters via templates from Selligent, the CRM platform.
  • Support eCRM by researching, creating and testing of weekly email newsletter.
  • Manage weekly stock orders and liaise with Stock Control on Ecommerce stock levels.
  • Complete weekly sales trackers.
  • Monitor and analyse competitors in terms of online promotions and delivery options on a regular basis.
  • Support E-Commerce Manager on all online brand activities such as online promotions and key events.
  • Ensure that website graphics are displayed correctly across all web platforms (desktop, tablet and mobile).
  • Create Banners for Website Marketing, as well as offline requirements such as Display Retargeting Campaigns when assets are unavailable.
  • Work with the E-Commerce manager to implement and measure data capture initiatives.
  • Proactively supporting the integration of new initiatives and multi-channel synergies.
  • General ad hoc administration and projects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Degree Educated preferably from a creative field and any additional e-marketing/e-commerce qualifications would be an advantage.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must have experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.
  • A passion and commercial awareness of the Luxury Beauty sector and competitor landscape.
  • Digital/social experience.
  • Copywriting experience would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communications.
  • Excellent numeric/analytical skills.
  • Computer literate with an understanding of and ability to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of web analytics systems such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience using Magento and Ez Publish (not essential).
  • Passion for ecommerce. 
  • Flexible to working and achieving goals as part of a growing team. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organised and dedicated.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and ability to achieve strict deadlines.
