The role is based in our UK & Ireland Head Office in Leatherhead. Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to focus on crafting powerful brand experiences in our Home Care division. You will lead and own the development of brilliant brand experience including; increasing awareness, building brand purpose, shaping perception, increasing conversion and driving pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the implementation & execution of key brands in the UKI Home Care market, driving growth through marketing activities.

This will include:

  • Deploying and developing strategies for brands such as Domestos in year, ensuring relevance to consumers’ needs, business & market context.
  • Leading the commercial delivery of the brand including monitoring and reporting in market performance and leading action planning.
  • Delivering campaigns and marketing activities: collaborating across functions, teams & agencies; bringing teams together to deliver strong digitally led, omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Support the launch of Global innovation in market: working with your cross-functional teams to deliver on time in full.
  • Crafting content with a digital-first mindset and working closely with the digital team to deliver excellence to consumers, tracking, monitoring and assessing performance on-going in order to optimise and adapt.
  • Representing Home Care brands within the business, as the key source of knowledge on brand performance and plans.
  • Managing projects & budgets.

  • Strong project management skills, with proven success of leading a team to execute challenging & complex projects.
  • The ability to work confidently and productively with multiple cross functional teams, with strong communication, presentation skills and stakeholder influencing abilities.
  • Have a balance of creativity & science: can think creatively & strategically, with strong business mindset.
  • Being commercially minded with proven track-record of successfully managing a P&L and budgets.
  • Be creative with an eye for aesthetic & design, a passion for creative excellence & with experience developing communications and assets.
  • You are energised by partnering with the e-commerce and media teams to make things happen in new and creative digital ways.
  • Numeracy & data analysis skills for insight development.
  • Passionate about our consumers, our brands & our purpose.
