Digital QA Manager - London

We currently have a really interesting opportunity to join one of the global leaders in marketing and communications services and to work with a household brand name within the fashion industry.

This is a Digital QA Manager vacancy that will be responsible for global market localisation and quality performance from all hubs and London based designers. The role itself will focus mainly on day to day responsibility for cross sector quality ownership across designated channels/skillsets, holding channel specific quality responsibility of sector brands both internally and with the client and to be responsible for channel specific output that has been through QC and is approved before being released to the client.

Other duties include:

-Record QC time to enable effective billing
-Adhere to agreed workflows suggesting improvements to facilitate growth with scalable brand solutions and education
-Maintain an understanding of the client’s brand and tone of voice
-Manage PM expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets -Ensure client satisfaction, input on regular client reviews
-To use CMD to manage all elements of the client processes as agreed. Client Specific
-Understand the full end-to-end campaign process and the client brand
-To understand the client industry, products and competitors

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, positive and proactive team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills and committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail. 3+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably agency side (although not essential) is required.

Applicants with brand experience across retail/fashion/luxury would have a distinct advantage however this is not essential. Moreover, strong digital knowledge and relevant technology experience across Quality Analysis and Control for example Jira and Acrobat is highly desirable. There is also the opportunity for this role to develop into a lead role managing a small team of QA's.
