Digital Product Designer
A rapidly expanding wellbeing start-up is looking to bring on a Product Designer to their team, based in Central London. They are open to a mixture of home working and office working, but time in the office is critical at least 2/3 days a week.
You will be the first design hire in the company, with the opportunity to establish practices and grow into the design lead. There is an existing brand and vision to work within but so much product discovery, experimentation and delivery yet to do. This will be a creative role, not just fiddling at the edges of defined design system and product set.
Key requirements for this role:
- Extensive experience in UI design UX research.
- Experience with figma or another UI/UX combination tool for rapid design, prototyping and validation.
- Experience of development teams focused on mobile and/or using DevOps.
- Experience of leading design sprints, lean experimentation / creating validated learning.
In return, you'll be part of a fast-growing business delivering content that is second to none and building cutting edge technology to deliver a better world for everyone, giving you invaluable experience and room to grow your personal capabilities and to expand your role. You’ll also receive a competitive salary, holiday allowance, be able to work flexibly and receive benefits from Perkbox.
If you feel like you tick the boxes above, and would like to hear more of the finer details of the role, do reach out for a confidential chat about your situation.
