As the Online Trading Manager for RSA, you will have full accountability for conversion of our Claims Insurance Products, potentially covering Home, Motor, Pet, Commercial. Your main focus will be the day to day running of the website ensuring we meet weekly KPI targets. You will be working closely with the Claims Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of customer experience, as well as the data teams to drive continuous improvements.

You will have a background in Ecommerce/Online Trading/Optimisation and have deep understanding of the customer journey and tools and techniques that improve customer experience and conversion, often feeding key insights into our Product Managers and Operations to drive our future roadmap.

Open-minded, self-starting, pro-active and familiar with coaching and developing internal teams as well as managing external agencies to get the best outcomes for our business.


• Responsible for the implementation and delivery of agreed claims conversion of digital channels
• Creation and maintenance of Digital trading calendar to ensure alignment with product, marketing and pricing
• Feed insight and data to the Acquisition and Marketing teams, so there’s a coherent customer experience across the customers life cycle
• Work with marketing to create integrated campaigns from conception to execution
• Maximise incremental improvement opportunities through the creation and deliver of a Conversion Optimisation Programme utilising onsite tools
• Report and monitor sales, key metrics and promotions, working with Digital Analytics and broader data teams for weekly trading meetings
• Analyse trading patterns and understand sales curve, reporting findings and providing actionable steps to improve
• Oversee day to day running of promotions and content updates online
• Be the go to person for the broader business on all Digital trading initiatives Work with the acquisition product owner(s) to continuous improve our online offering / service
