We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager with excellent leadership skills, and the capacity to create and embrace change to join our dynamic, ambitious and international team.

This newly created role will be based within our in-house Design team in Market Drayton, Shropshire – 35 minutes from Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury was voted one of the best places to live in the UK in 2019 by The Times).

The role:

  • Asset creation (i.e. imagery resizing for website modules).
  • Website updates (i.e. copy / imagery / videos).
  • Fixing any content related issues and defects on the sites.
  • Analytics analysis.
  • Template & component updates.
  • Functional changes to the site (i.e creation of new page templates).
  • Minor code changes / bug fixes – working with coding agency.
  • Monthly analytics report + recommendations.
  • Functional changes to the site (i.e. development of more complex features that might require coding). If coding needed, link with coding agency.
  • Creation of new content for the site (i.e. new product or campaign launches).
  • Working as a blended team with Müller departments and agencies.
  • guidelines / training / template production / new feature releases etc.
  • Social media - creations of asset & posting, tracking and analytics analysis and creation and execution of the total brands masterplan.

Key skills & experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience of digital marketing within an FMCG/manufacturing environment desirable.
  • Previous experience of coding and website management.
  • Previous experience in data manipulation and automation tools.
  • Ability to create and embrace change.
  • Previous leadership experience through extracurricular activities.
  • Great team player capable to support, to lead, to care and to tell the things as they are.
  • Passion for winning.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
