Your Role:

As an experienced digital marketing manager you will be a self-starter responsible for delivering the digital footprint our high growth technology company deserves. Exciting times for us digitally as we undergo a website refresh, put new digital marketing tools and platforms in place, ramp up our social media platforms which will engage, build and retain our global audiences helping to convert them into leads, customers and advocates.

Your expertise will include the latest in best practices and trends in digital marketing and you excel in demonstrating your creativity in a dynamic, agile and fast-moving corporate B2B environment. This role will grow as we do and we want you to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all of our digital channels. You are extremely metric oriented, social capable, good at both re-purposing and producing compelling content.

Your Job:

  • Enhance brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across all digital activity.
  • Identify new trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these.
  • Plan and deliver a digital marketing strategy.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, managing it to deliver leads.
  • Creative conception and execution of compelling digital marketing campaigns including content and measurement and analysis of results.
  • Work with existing team on database management, email and advertising campaigns.
  • Management of our social media presence to deliver leads.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital activity.
  • Build and manage the company’s digital footprint (primarily Linked In, Twitter, BrightTALK, 3rd party directors, inbound links) with additional channels to followers.
  • Create and curate shareable high value content and track and analyze its success.
  • Assist in development of website refresh and execute impactful SEO/SEM.
  • Distribute content which will educate, inform and entertain our audiences.
  • Drive consistent traffic and leads from our website and social platforms.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to create landing pages to optimize user experience.
  • Work with UX team to optimize website visitor journeys and maximize conversions.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Regularly measure and report on metrics (ROI & KPIs) across all digital marketing activity.
  • Support Social Selling activity.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Efficiently manage internal resources and agency support.

About You:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in corporate B2B/regtech/fintech technology environment.
  • Education to degree level.
  • Experience in technology/corporate/B2B/financial services/professional services digital marketing.
  • Fintech experience preferred if possible.
  • Proven experience in project managing website build/refresh.
  • Experience in Linked In Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, BrightTALK, , IP tracking tools (e.g. Lead Forensics), website analytics tools is preferable.
  • Creative thinker able to use data to inform decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization and project management skills.
