Job Purpose: As a part of the Operations Delivery Team, to design and develop concepts in appropriate media for client and internal marketing requirements. We need you to be comfortable with front-end digital design (for example some website or microsite design, landing pages, banners and email templates).

Main Duties, reporting to the Operations Manager:

1. Create marketing designs and concepts for a variety of media using best practice design to meet client KPIs.

2. Design and develop ‘best in class’ email campaigns to fit with client briefs, using the most up to date techniques and with quality assurance to ensure that they are mobile responsive and working across all email platforms.

3. Provide design support to the insight team, producing infographics to display results to clients in a clear and eye-catching way.

4. Keep up to date with the latest technological advancements and code technologies to offer new digital services to clients, such as the development of microsites.

5. Design and develop Goodform marketing collateral and support the design and ongoing development of the Goodform website.

6. Manage workload to deliver to deadlines as agreed with the delivery and account management teams.

7. Support the delivery of monthly client reports and infographics.

8. Demonstrate a proactive approach to personal development and input into the PDR process.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

Essential

• At least 1 year’s email marketing experience with the ability to adapt to a variety of email marketing platforms and design attractive, effective and mobile responsive emails within these.

• In-depth knowledge and experience designing for and coding HTML and CSS, including creation of emails, web forms and landing pages.

• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (with extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver).

• Propensity to learn new applications quickly and to a high level of competence.

• Able to design for all channels (from an infographic to a corporate brochure).

• Ability to understand client objectives and having the skills to convert ideas into attractive visuals.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on organisation, accuracy and execution.

• Ability to deliver on time and on spec consistently.

• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, and to prioritise effectively in order to manage concurrent deadlines.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

• A proactive, flexible and friendly manner with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Desirable

• Formal qualification in Graphic, Digital or Web design

• Knowledge and experience of using PHP and JavaScript

• Knowledge of and a passion for the sports industry
