We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Design Manager to join our Creative team.

Providing digital creative direction to your team, you will conceptualise and deliver innovative and interactive design and motion graphics concepts online and in-store.

Overseeing the Harrods app and Harrods in store digital screen network, you will ensure excellence in user experience and accessibility through responsive design to maximise downloads, page views and dwell time.

An experienced manager and excellent communicator, you will support the training needs of your team, identifying key skills and experiences to develop. Proactive and engaged, you will keep abreast of industry developments and new technologies that will enable us to deliver a pioneering digital platform.

To be successful, you must have knowledge of/experience in the following:

•   Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, AfterEffects, Premiere, Re-Flow, Dreamweaver)

•   Video editing, post-production and 3D software

•  Experience working across multiple devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)

•  UI and UX design

•  Responsive design

•  Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Java, PHP, XML databases

•  Video shoot planning
