Mid weight writer and Art Director/Designer

A top London thinkhouse are looking for an integrated team with a strong digital background to help take them to the next level. This role calls for an articulate, enthusiastic and ambitious team who are passionate about award winning work. You will work alongside other teams and report into the ECD.

About us

In the last 14 months a new management team has transformed the London agency and won a number of new accounts spanning Tech, Telco, Wearables and Entertainment. We are positioned as a B2B agency - it’s a point of difference that allows us to talk to clients at a very senior level and helps us stand out from all the other agencies out there. In truth what we do is more B2B2C.

As such clients come to us for business solutions which we translate into fully integrated solutions that are targeted to a number of different audiences. The agency has ambitions plans. It punches above its weight and expects its staff to also. It’s part of a large network (14 countries globally) and has a strong collaborative culture with these sister agencies. In August it was acquired by the Dentsu-Aegis network which has grown our footprint globally.

In the UK we have been merged with the Dentsu Interprise media team creating a full service agency that will further help opportunities for growth. We describe ourselves as a grown up start-up. Creative ideas are central to what we do. We work collaboratively to find the right solutions and then create the work that delivers in beyond the expected ways.


A conceptual integrated writer with strong digital skills who loves words, understands their power and who can craft them into impactful, engaging and humanly relevant communications in any channel.

Work includes:

- Multi-channel digital ideas Video scripts - both inspirational and functional as stand-alone and part of social campaigns - - Long copy - often requiring the distillation and reordering of information and transforming it into logical and compelling copy - in a brand tone of voice;

- Press ads - powerful, succinct, headlines and category ground-breaking ideas

- Website/app copy, social media posts, brochure copy etc. A love of writing and an ability to come up with great ideas is essential.

- As is the ability to write correctly (grammatically, logically, eloquently) and adopt a brands tone of voice.

Art Director/Designer

A conceptual art director with strong digital skills and proficient in Adobe Suite. The visual look of our work is very important. We are looking to create defining work which has impact and resonance. Good design and typography skills are essential as is the ability to come up with strong ideas.

Work includes:

Multi-channel digital ideas Video - working with writers to create visually impactful films

Press - originating visual brand looks for campaigns

Website/app copy, social media posts, brochure copy etc.
