What you will do

Joining as a Creative Director, you will lead and inspire the creative team and be responsible for the creative output of the agency. In your role you will

  • Provide leadership and direction for the creative team designing engaging experiences
  • Create and craft concepts for B2B, B2C and B2B2C markets
  • Simplify complex problems and translate requirements into workable solutions across messaging, UX, design, data and technical development
  • Evangelise Agile methodologies and be able to work as a Product Owner
  • Partner with strategy and account teams to shape projects, influence client strategy and develop client accounts
  • Demonstrate to clients that you understand their challenges and can create strategies and concepts that will deliver success
  • Lead pitches and presentations
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, and UX designers
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through workshops, presentations and published content
  • Potential to become part of the senior management team shaping the future of the business

Experience and skills

  • 7-10 years working in a digital agency environment leading creative teams.
  • Work with the latest design and prototyping software, including Sketch and the CC suite.
  • Confident in communicating ideas and vision.
  • Some knowledge of financial services sector would be preferable, however a keen interest in this subject matter and a willingness to understand complex products is a must
