This is an exciting opportunity to join as the Digital Copywriter within the Business Solutions function in Technology and Administration Solutions. Our work touches the lives of millions of people. The Digital Copywriter will work with the digital product team to create and implement the content modeling strategy to deliver the desired digital experience to our members and clients at scale. You will define content types, components, patterns with designers, copywriters and developers; to managing changes on CMS, but also collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve sign-off for workflows and assets.

You will be joining a large team with diverse skills and experience. The Digital Copywriter role requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility, who can independently deliver results on both a digital product level as well as managing client specific deliverables.

The Role:

  • To identify target info architecture, content model and workflows that are scalable across various clients, deployment to other channels and personalisation / experiments.
  • To work with backend developers on building a solution that is easy, flexible and practical to use for non-technical users: e.g. marketer and content editors for plan / review / publish content.
  • To identify CMS enhancement roadmap for 3-6-9 months for a private (post login) digital member portal.
  • Perform audit / review on configurations per sprint.
  • Lead training and enablement for target CMS users and champions.
  • Identify, prioritise and initiate / support improvements against business and product goals.

The Requirements:

  • Substantial digital content management experience in corporate environments.
  • Have been a user of CMS platforms and have good exposure to Headless CMS (e.g. Contentful, CraftCMS). Acoustic CMS is a plus.
  • Tech savvy (not necessarily a developer), no coding involved, but enjoys working with developers to configure / set up / manage components / asset library.
  • Experience as an internal product manager that looks after CMS across lifecycle. Experience implementing / onboarding CMS platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience working within a Scrum team, working closely with Product Management and Marketing.
  • Conscientious & motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with pragmatic, solution-based thinking.
  • Good knowledge & practical use of structured methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum).
  • Flexible and “can do” approach.
  • Financial Services’ experience desirable.
