Job Overview:

Individual Contributor position whose responsibilities include executing the day-to-day operations and tactical activities required to maintain VictoriasSecret site navigation. This includes coordinating site operations timelines and calendars for site updates and media code launches, performing site quality assurance/testing, and following the production calendar to achieve the business objectives for all areas of the site.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Manage site updates and full web window launches–includes tracking updates on a calendar, site navigation setup, site standards, proofing notices and issue resolution.

·  Learn the details of all content management functionality, processes for site set-up and overall team roles & responsibilities.

·  Maintain vigilance for all deliverables into Diva and production to ensure all assets are delivered appropriately.

·   Adherence to the dates provided for all site launches and updates.

·   Communicate regularly with teammates to keep all informed about status.

·   Assist in leading cross-functional teams (Producers, Merchandisers, Planning, Digital, CCC, MGT and FEWD) in operational execution of web site launches and ensure appropriate information or materials for site changes are available, and that deadlines are met.

·    Own QA/proofing for daily site updates as well as site launches.

·    Assist in resolving setup & production site issues.

·    Assist with executing all the elements of product page set-up for clearance and auto add GWPs on the web site (copy, images, branding, site standards, etc.).

·   Contribute to process improvements.

·   Assist in special projects & Ad-hoc requests from Director, Digital Commerce Operations.

·   Competitive benchmarking and visit other websites regularly to generate ideas about site improvements.

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Skills:

·  Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented & self-motivated.

·  Ability to prioritize, manage time and meet aggressive deadlines.

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure & can juggle multiple tasks.

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills & ability to work with cross functional partners.

·  Thorough understanding of how to use the internet and web applications (CMS experience).

·  Willingness to learn new technical applications.

·   Natural curiosity.

·   Ability and willingness to work off hours when necessary to support site updates and/or deadlines.

 

Experience:

·  A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related degree.

·  1–3 years’ experience with internet site maintenance. Top candidates will have a keen understanding of what is involved with changing content on the web.

·   Previous internet site production experience.

·   Previous experience with a major brand in a retail environment preferred.

·   Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
