A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Campaign & Planning Team in our NEXT online division.
 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving forward the fashion categories and brands including Lipsy here at Next.

This a key role and sits within the Marketing Campaign & Planning Team, report into our Marketing Campaign & Planning Manager who is responsible for Fashion, Brands and Home across the UK and International countries. The team’s overall objectives is to grow our active customer base and accelerate international growth.

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible in supporting our mission to deliver targeted & relevant communications powered by data and insight via all digital marketing channels.

You will have a passion for fashion with a positive can-do attitude even when under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right product and messaging across our digital channels. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering Digital Marketing Campaigns for our fashion key categories. You are a strategic thinker and are equally as comfortable with working on ‘big picture’ projects as you are driving brilliant execution on your campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Working closely with our on-line trading and product teams to understand the product available and converting this information into customer facing messages and reasons for customers to shop with NEXT.
  • Working alongside key internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to plan, execute marketing activity and produce campaign reporting.
  • Work with the external agencies & key partners.
  • Collaborate with our media agency & in-house performance Channel Managers.
  • Work with teams across the business to explore new and innovative opportunities.
  • Brief our internal creative teams to create compelling assets for campaigns.
  • Manage 1 x Marketing Executive.
  • Develop our understanding on our customers (both internally and externally to Next) by using consumer and external market trends and working closely with our Data Science Team, Market Research Team and using other external sources.

Criteria:

About You:

  • 2-3 years in developing and delivering digital fashion marketing campaigns.
  • A proactive self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and juggle multiple priorities, tasks and schedules.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels and collaborate across departments.
  • Effective team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are analytical but with an ability to trust your marketing gut instinct when needed.
  • You are ambitious, energetic and have a thirst to learn more.
