Digital Account Director - Global Agency - London - £60,000.

Our client is an Experience design and build agency and part of a larger integrated creative agency. They offer a range of services, from technical consultancy and design toolkits to platform build, new product innovation and, exploring the latest in emerging technology.

Reporting into the Business Director, the Digital Account Director is a key team member within the digital team.

You will work closely with the digital leadership team and take on responsibility for delivering success across your portfolio, you are expected to manage your clients and projects efficiently and effectively delivering outstanding work. 

The Digital Account Director operates across digital channels and is an expert in consumer and market behaviour. 

You’re a team player who will be paired with a group of highly talented UX, Design, Developer and project management professionals. In this role it will be important to foster and contribute to a positive and successful team culture. You will use your relationship building skills to develop strong connections across different areas of the agency, where you will support with business development and new business opportunities.


  • Experience of direct client management and excellent digital partner relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of digital specialisms (UX/Design, Website/app design and build, Display, SEO, Interactive digital comms) and an awareness of other marketing disciplines including the practicalities of integration.
  • Experience of managing clients through interactive experience (iX) design and development projects.
