Looking for a varied and challenging design role within a fast paced agency environment?

Bright is a dynamic and entrepreneurial B2B marketing and communications agency based in the dynamic and vibrant area of Borough. We have a rapidly growing client base and work with a broad range of clients from global brands like Boston Consulting Group and London City Airport to fast growing tech start ups and consultancies.

We are looking for a flexible, talented and ambitious generalist designer to join our team as part of the newly established Bright Studio - our digital, development and design hub. Reporting into the Bright Studio manager and working with our rapidly growing marketing and change communications teams you will be supporting on wide range of projects from brand creation and redesign, through to online and offline consumer marketing campaigns, web design and brochure work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the marketing and change communications teams on drafting creative briefs for client projects
  • Brand redesign and accompanying brand guidelines for clients
  • Taking creative design concepts out across different channels and materials
  • Design print and online marketing collateral - ebooks, flyers, brochures etc.
  • Web design

Required Skills:

  • InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • HTML editing for email & CSS
  • Wordpress and other CMS
  • Design in PPT and other Microsoft Office software
  • Solid background in graphic and web design - minimum 4 years experience
  • A confident team player who is happy to own and manage their projects working within an extended team
  • Ability to multi-task across a number of different projects
  • Experience of working with the B2B/ technology sector preferred
