It’s been an incredible year for WH Creative. We’ve established a fantastic internal agency from a team of skilled creatives within our Leeds office. We’ve also built a portfolio of varied, exciting and engaging work, for some of the largest events in the sporting calendar, as well as major online gaming campaigns.
We make a huge investment in everyone, offering great career development opportunities. Our people are at the heart of everything we do and we thrive in a fast-paced environment where we have fun, celebrate success and give you all the tools you’ll need to be your best self. It’s not just our colleagues we look after – we’ve got a responsibility to our customers too and we work hard on our ambition that nobody is harmed by gambling.
Your role in the team:
You’ll play a big part in helping us deliver the kind of hard-working and innovative creative work that keeps our stakeholders happy and – most importantly – engages with its audience. While that means working closely with our team, it also means working closely with other teams throughout the business, from taking briefs and developing ideas to progressing concepts and creating the finished work.
A typical day will involve working on multiple projects. This could be for one or across several of our different brands, whether it be Sportsbook or some of our many Gaming brands such as Live Casino, Vegas or Bingo. Reporting to the Studio Manager and Head of Design, you’ll support the Marketing Team as well as other teams through the business located in various countries across the world.
You'll develop creative and innovative artwork style guides, following a design brief from internal stakeholders and the design team, effectively applying style guides across a full range of digital assets and social platforms. You'll identify key trends and creative developments, and will be confident presenting design concepts to the design team and internal stakeholders. You'll use your skills and experience to mentor junior members of the team.
We need you to bring exceptional layout design, typographical and conceptual skills with proven track record of delivering unique creative concept. Extensive experience working in an agency environment would set you up well for this role. A comprehensive understanding of Adobe Suite is essential, particularly Photoshop skills with image manipulation and artwork creation. You'll need a good understanding of producing creative for online channels, and print knowledge is also an advantage.
You must have a positive attitude towards problem-solving and impeccable attention to detail, ensuring you can deliver work to the highest possible standard. You'll join a team who all work collaboratively towards meeting deadlines, so you must be happy working at a fast pace, seeing tasks through to completion, and prioritising your work using a methodical approach and the ability to multi-task.
You'll need excellent organisation and communication skills, and the capacity to maintain focus in pressured situations. You're polite and professional with a positive and optimistic approach, and want to be part of a team who work hard, but have lots of fun doing it!
You’ll be assessed on your creative ability, your application must include an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your design talent. Please include the link in your CV or cover letter.

Leeds is a buzzy, busy place to work and live. A hub for tech, digital and gaming companies – there are also five universities right on our doorstep. And away from work, we’re close to the Yorkshire Dales and of course have got a competitive sports scene with Leeds United and Yorkshire Cricket and Rugby just up the road in Headingley.
