Creative Traffic Coordinator for Boden

Boden is a global, multichannel fashion brand and as such has a huge amount of creative assets flowing around the business at any one time. We are now looking for a Creative Traffic Coordinator to oversee these assets on their journey through the brand creative teams, to ensure that they are delivered to their final publishing channel exactly on schedule.

The person in this role will have a sixth sense that allows them to foresee possible issues and obstacles to the flow of work before they arise, as well as the ability to ease existing bottle-necks to maintain the movement from team to team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle numerous projects at once, as well as collaborate with multiple contacts across the business from the Creative team to Brand Marketing and Commercial Marketing. They'll be very organised and stickler for deadlines, with the ability to keep everyone else on track too!

Previous experience in a similar Creative Services or agency environment would be great, whilst working with many stakeholders and creative teams in a fast paced environment is a must, along with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in project scheduling or traffic management.

You’ll ideally have knowledge of project or traffic management software and an understanding of the processes involved in delivering Online and Offline creative assets. Print and Fashion knowledge is an advantage.
