Grow Studio is searching for a Director of Operations to join our rapidly growing creative and production studio in the emerging but fast-paced blockchain technology and cryptocurrency space.

This is an exciting opportunity to take part in defining the operational strategy and future of the creative studio in a thriving startup. We are searching for an enthusiastic leader with a deep understanding of strategic planning and systems that will allow our creatives to do their best work!

We plan on doubling our output over the next 12 months while building our reputation as the go-to creative studio for top-tier blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. The Operations Director’s role is pivotal in building the structure and systems to support that growth and is responsible for increasing the studio’s scope, output, and quality of work produced.

You will be responsible for enforcing and shaping policies and processes, managing reporting and forecasting, project managing new process rollouts, and overseeing systems and tools. You will have the ability to question the effectiveness of current processes and procedures in order to drive change to increase efficiency. Above all, you will care about providing a better experience for our internal teams and external clients.

Grow is the go-to production studio for blockchain startups, launchpads, and venture capital teams. Our job is to communicate the value of new crypto and blockchain projects and build a narrative around the business that encourages retail participants to get involved.

You'll be building systems and procedures for a close-knit, remote team of branding strategists, researchers, writers, and designers to facilitate the creation of persuasive and influential content for Grow and our clients.

We are looking for native English speakers and would prefer applicants to have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or operations or a Master of Business Administration. You will also need to understand the basics of smart contracts, cryptography, crypto-economics, DeFi, and blockchain technologies.


  • Develop the technical and operational systems that will enable the studio team to collaborate on work seamlessly and increase the output of creative assets across video, design, and editorial teams.

  • Develop an operational plan for content production (branding, video, and editorial) at Grow.

  • Build post-production, edit, and media management workflows to deliver an increased number of client promo videos, branding materials, and articles.

  • Bring technical, creative, and resourcing solutions to produce high-quality work specifically in video.

  • Work with the senior creative team to develop our strategy and production approach to our video and graphic design assets and editorial content.

  • Build operational reports and dashboards for the studio across different verticals.

  • Develop global resourcing models and build a strong roster of talent, agencies, and production companies.

  • Institute, monitor, and continuously improve project management systems and tools across all creative production.

  • Develop contingency models for urgencies, pivots, and unforeseen events.

  • Build change management systems for team training and adoption of systems, tools, and workflows.

  • Build, allocate, calendarize, and track budgets on the project and function level.


  • Minimum 5+ years of senior operations experience in production or creative studios.

  • You have experience building out processes and procedures, managing expectations with stakeholders, and being flexible in an agile environment.

  • Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, to get things done efficiently and correctly.

  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills.

  • You know how to identify necessary process improvements and lead projects to drive change.

  • You are organized and can juggle working on multiple different projects at once.

  • You are a creative problem solver who likes a challenge.
