What you'll do:

Bonobos is looking to hire a dynamic and well-organized Creative Services Associate to support our ever-growing number of marketing and creative initiatives.

As Creative Services Associate, you will have the responsibility of efficiently managing creative project workflow from inception through completion. Reporting to our Creative Production Manager, you will serve as the liaison for creative requests, asset trafficking and digital asset management. As our Creative Services Associate, you will not only play an integral role in the creative production process, but also hold a cross functional position in which you'll work with various teams across the company including Marketing, Photo, Public Relations, Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising teams.
 

What you’ll do…

  • Manage day-to-day creative requests, including, but not limited to, copy, photo, video, print and web assets.
  • Maintaining the queue of projects that are assigned to the Creative team, and scheduling and tracking the status and progress of each project until completion within our project management system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all background info, specs, and resources are available before work begins.
  • Assign creative projects to graphic designers and copywriters on a weekly basis, or as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate and communicate all timelines and deadlines to key stakeholders.
  • Support the Creative team by keeping jobs on schedule and rescheduling due dates when necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to adapt and/or streamline processes for efficiency, and suggests alternative solutions when required due to timeline or budget constraints.
  • Manage all internal creative feedback amongst teams and internal approvals processes, particularly with legal.
  • Coordinate QC and delivery of all final marketing assets.
  • Provide traffic support across all lanes for creative projects, primarily email marketing.
  • Organize and maintain all creative assets and inventory all projects post-completion.
  • Manages uploading, archiving, and retrieval of assets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of where all assets are stored across all digital storage platforms.
  • Provide a holistic view of all the resources and availability at any one time.

You…

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in a traffic or project management at an agency, creative services firm, e-commerce brand, or a related environment.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Thrive working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team seamlessly.
  • Excel at managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Appreciate all things in life being “signed, sealed and delivered” (on-time and within budget).
