Creative Manager for Appy Food & Drinks
This job listing has expired JobAppy Food & Drinks is now searching for a Creative Graphic Designer to join their team. The designer will organise and control creative and graphic design. They will have experience in branding and used to work with the Marketing Team to target trade and consumer clients and to ensure the integrity of the Appy Food and Drinks brands is withheld throughout all activities and marketing collateral. They will also assist the PR & Communication team with online design and social media elements.Most exciting of all they will help make current designs look better and have an active role in the conception and creating of new products.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves working with the Marketing Team and making design decisions based on the business objectives and requirements.
- Proficient knowledge of branding and package design.
- Create designs for a new suite of marketing and sales collateral such as product catalogue, brochures, sales sheets, infographics and stationery.
- Create product labels accordingly to the briefing given.
- Provide estimated delivery times to complete projects to team members.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies in new media and design software.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography and video.
- Help the Marketing Team with design elements for exhibitions and events, ensuring the designs are of a high standard.
- Assist the Communications team with online design elements including website and email design, digital reports, newsletters.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Arranging photo and video shooting to deliver the content for creating tailored design assets online with the promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Varied marketing skills - including both offline and online graphic design
- Extensive experience in using a varied suite of design programs, including but not exclusive to the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Marketing experience within a B2B environment - preferably in food & drinks.
- Proven track record of assisting with both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of responsive HTML design and CSS
- Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and able to deal with multiple projects
- Preferentially 2 or more years commercial’ experience with an exceptional portfolio in branding and package design
