Job Description:
The Sage Marketing team is looking for a Creative Director to join us in our Atlanta office. This position is a key Creative role providing leadership in the creation of big brand-building ideas across all channels through the lens of strategy, design, technology, and digital media across the Sage product portfolio. The Creative Director will work as a member of large marketing teams in the US with broad responsibility for the message strategy, creative and design, and development of the US marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for creating the vision of the campaign working with copywriters, designers, planners, digital leads and business partners to bring the brand to life. You will create the plan, oversee the process and give guidance to the creative teams that work under them as well as capable of crafting their own big ideas and experiences hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manages day-to-day creative development and delivery of asset production.
• Must be able to provide hands-on delivery of high-end graphic design, video editing, compositing and motion graphic designs and executions.
• Drives integrated thinking from big ideas and innovative creative approaches across omni-channel media and campaigns.
• Collaborates with the global and regional teams to leverage key insights, integrated content and key initiatives to drive Brand to Demand campaigns.
• Stays up to date with design and digital technology trends.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Graduate of a major design school.
• A passion for digital marketing and media.
• Experience managing creative strategy and asset delivery at scale.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of creative platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro and other related design software.
• Must have experience rooted in brand identity design and graphic design.
• Must have experience driving creative the vision for major brand campaigns.
• Must have working knowledge of typography.
• Must have experience in brand and message development.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
