The role:
The company is experiencing a period of rapid growth and they need talented team members to support the mission. That’s where you come in! As their collaborative and hands-on Creative Designer, you’ll be involved with optimising all things marketing, brand & corporate communications. You’ll be responsible for producing artwork and design concepts for on & offline. You’ll create beautiful visuals, brainstorm concepts, work with team members to develop concepts, and be able to execute projects like magic!

Reporting directly to the SVP, Product Marketing, you’ll be a key creative role within marketing.

Some of what your day-to-day will include:

  • Translating messaging and ideas into visuals.
  • Creating & executing style guides.
  • Creating design guidelines and the design language.
  • Experience creating illustrations and assets for social media.
  • Design outputs will include: corporate website, decks, email marketing, outgoing Communications, brand optimisation i.e. logo design.
  • Collaborating with the product design team.
  • Creating visuals from data and ideas.

We also need you to be:

  • Able to show a fantastic portfolio demonstrating your creative thinking & delivery!
  • Detail driven and care deeply about the work you deliver.
  • Passionate about modern design.
  • Focussed on making decisions based on what is best for the brand and product.
  • Ready to take the lead on new ideas and deliver beyond expectation.
  • An excellent communicator with an ability to present ideas with absolute clarity.
  • Autonomous, goal driven and an executor, with experience of owning your process.
  • Ideally experienced in designing for video, audio or SaaS products.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (or similar).
  • Ideally some coding experience using wordpress and/or HTML.
  • Bonus points for any video creation.
  • Someone with a strong startup mentality.
  • A great teamplayer who loves to collaborate!!
  • Able to demonstrate design thinking.
