We have worked hard over the past year to push the level of the work we produce for our brands and pushing design boundaries, so it’s an exciting time to join the team. You will be the brand guardian on large pieces of business and get to know the brands inside out. You will be the lynchpin between the creative team and the design studio, responsible for driving the brand forward whilst ensuring all touch points are cohesive, fresh, exciting and innovative.

Responsibilities:

You must have a very strong work ethic, possess outstanding multi-tasking skills, and consistently perform in a fast-paced and demanding creative environment.
You are a capable and confident integrated creative designer with experience across multiple platforms, including digital and print. You understand brands, have a knack for great layout and a keen eye for detail.
You will be exploring and conceptualising creative design solutions to briefs, coming up with solutions in line with the brands vision. You will be passionate about re-evaluating existing design options and pushing to explore innovative and big ideas.
You are a team player and foster communication between both internal teams and the client.
You will also be in tune with the design scene, in touch with current trends as well as design shows, exhibitions, and competitions we can get involved with.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in an in-house design studio and looking to move agency side.
- Have experience building and holistically evolving brand guidelines. Be a Brand Guardian.
- Be up to date with current design trends.
- Have a portfolio that showcases creative work of the highest level - innovative and impactful thinking.
- Demonstrate beautifully crafted and considered executions, as well as a killer design instinct.
- Bring a holistic and relentlessly imaginative approach to every brief.
- Showcase instinctive leadership qualities and be passionate about nurturing talent.
- Be an opinionated leader, willing to drive ideas and conversations.
- Have the ability to oversee work and manage multiple projects.
- Build strong client relationships and push boundaries.
