Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Creative Copy Writer to join the Customer & Brand team here at Kingfisher. The role will be based in our Kingfisher Head Office, in Paddington. The role of a Creative Copy Writer is to be the voice of GoodHome. You will set the tone of voice and story telling direction and be responsible for copy in association with the brand. You will create creative ideation and interpretation of briefs from Category, Brand and Offer & Sourcing teams. You will create tone of voice and write copy/lead Group Creative team in relation to external agencies for – In-store Point of Sale, Category Brochures, Door Drops, Campaigns for TV, Radio and Store and more.

This is a hugely important position that will lead the beating heart of the GoodHome personality and tone of voice across all media. The role will involve working with many teams, being a great storyteller, with the humility to support, share and understand other points of view. You will work with the Creative, Brand, Customer Experience and Corporate teams. You must be a brilliant communicator to succeed in this role.

Qualifications:

To carry out this role, you will be a creative copy writing expert with a successful track record of brand focussed copy writing and storytelling. You will have great creative and communication skills, with an excellent ‘creative eye’ who pushes for innovations and ideas.
