We are looking for a smart, passionate and experienced Conversion Copywriter with a proven track record on delivering performance improvements through persuasive copy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun, creative team that enjoys delivering results. The position reports directly to our Head of Conversion Optimization and you will work closely with our CRO Team Leads and CRO Managers.

This role involves:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling and persuasive content.

  • Performing copy “teardowns” to improve existing content across multiple assets.

  • Performing analysis of competitors, surveys, chat logs, test data or interviews.

  • Identifying what needs to be re-written, how it should be done and why it’s key.

  • Creating multiple variants of content using different approaches & perspectives.

  • Working alongside the CRO Managers to validate & improve content approaches.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent writing & editing skills (being a native English speaker is a must).

  • 2+ years of experience as a conversion copywriter or equivalent role.

  • Proven experience in delivering conversion rate and UX improvements with copy.

  • Knowledge of conversion principles, from research to post-test analysis.

  • Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods & techniques.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication focused on the “so what”/bottom line.
