Content Solutions Media Executive (Maternity Cover)

The core of the exec role is planning on our system, understanding them and committing bookings to the system accurately and efficiently. Other discretionary duties are involved, including meeting arrangements and various proactive and reactive administrative duties.
The focus is to help support the overall Content Solutions team to grow revenue and the use of Global Brands and Platforms through a portfolio of London Media agencies. This will be achieved by actively planning and booking content solutions campaigns across the Global portfolio.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Become an expert in gPlanning. Ensure all Solutions campaigns are planned accurately against templated laydowns (or a bespoke laydown when requested) and within budget. Support the Solutions team through administrative tasks including collating audio, management of prize winners and other duties to ensure all campaign objectives are met. Have a thorough understanding of associated costings (Production, Digital, Prizes and Dax) and provide pricing information in the agreed format.
Provide exceptional service both internally and externally. Demonstrate interaction and expertise in gLabs tools and business intelligence systems such as Ralf II. Create great relationships internal departments. Attention to detail and daily administrative tasks are an essential part of the role whilst managing dynamic workload.

Key measures of success:
Continuous improvement on agreed set of KPIs. Demonstrating excellent patch management and contributing to process improvements within the team. Proactively seeking to break habits and drive better results. Having exceptional knowledge of Global brands and a good understanding of your agencies’ and clients’ motivations. Involvement in new initiatives (ie package design) and building up a sales expertise.
